Client Service Agreement

Covers tutoring services, billing & payment (card-on-file authorization), 24-hour cancellation policy, session recordings consent, confidentiality, tutor non-solicitation (12 months), and limitation of liability.

By checking the box below, I certify that:

(i)   I have read and fully understood the terms of this Agreement;
(ii)  I agree to the terms and conditions set forth above;
(iii) I authorize Stoke to maintain my credit or debit card on file and to charge it in accordance with the billing and payment terms described in this Agreement;
(iv)  I acknowledge that a valid card on file is required to continue receiving tutoring services;
(v)   I agree not to directly or indirectly hire or engage any tutor introduced through Stoke outside of Stoke for twelve (12) months following the last session;
(vi)  I agree not to initiate credit card chargebacks or payment disputes for services properly rendered; and
(vii) I understand that Stoke does not offer refunds for services once provided.

Payment Method

A card on file is required to begin. You won't be charged until your first session.
